I have been seeing lots of recipes for fajitas and burritos on my different lists. Would this be easy to make myself ? They are not so common in our shops here in France. Thanks for your advice. what is the difference between fajitas, burritos, enchiladas....? Here is a recipe that was in our coupon section yesterday that I can't wait to try. I am just going to use boneless breasts cut into strips instead of the tenderloins and cut up my own peppers and what ever else I feel like throwing in there. I am not paying for frozen peppers. 8). As to the differences.......fajitas are folded more like a taco, just in half than totally rolled like a burrito. Burritos usually have ground meat instead of strips. And enchiladas usually have a sauce over them. This is just what I've seen, I could be wrong... * Exported from MasterCook * Oven Baked Fajitas Recipe By : Perdue Chicken Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:20 Categories : Chicken Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 Perdue frozen chicken tenderloins 1 lb bag Bird's Eye frozen pepper stir-fry 1/4 c olive or vegetable oil 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp lime juice salt and pepper -- to taste 8 flour tortillas -- warmed if desired Optional toppings: diced tomatoes shredded sharp cheddar cheese sour cream guacamole chopped cilantro Serve with: black beans hot, cooked rice Preheat oven to 400 F. Run cool water over tenderloins to remove ice glaze; pat dry with paper towels. Place frozen tenderloins in lightly oiled 13 by 9" baking pan. Arrange vegetables around chicken. In small bowl, whisk together oil, honey, lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Stir once during cooking. To serve, spoon chicken and vegetables into tortilla, then roll. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
