Vanilla Ice Cream 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups heavy cream In bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, milk and vanilla until blended. In another bowl, Beat cream with mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into milk mixture until blended. Spoon into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with foil. Freeze for 2 hours. Stir. Cover. Freeze for 3 hours. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
