Enchilada Casserole 2 pounds ground beef 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix 1 28 ounce can tomatoes 2 boil in bag packages minute rice 1 (10.75 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup milk Preheat oven to 350. In skillet, brown beef. Add taco seasoning mix and tomatoes. Prepare rice as directed on package. In 9x13 inch casserole dish, layer meat mixture then rice. In bowl, combine milk and soup. Pour into casserole. Bake for 30 minutes.
