Curly Mac 'N' Cheese 1 (16 ounce) package corkscrew pasta 6 cups milk 3 tablespoons cornstarch 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 375. Prepare pasta as directed on package in boiling salted water, drain. In 4 quart saucepan, whisk together milk, cornstarch, salt, and nutmeg until blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens slightly and boils, whisking frequently. Boil for 1 minute, whisking constantly. Remove from heat. Gradually whisk in parmesan cheese until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Spoon pasta into shallow 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Pour sauce over pasta, stir to mix well. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. do not stir. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
