Crockpot Macaroni And Cheese 8 cups cooked elbow macaroni 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk 2 cups milk 3 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese 3 cups medium sharp shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup cubed Velveeta 2 egg's, beaten 1 tablespoon minced onion Salt and pepper to taste In bowl, toss together macaroni, oil and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crockpot, stir well. Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low. Cook for 3 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. If too thick, thin using a little milk.
