Cheesy Enchiladas 1 (8 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened 2 cups fat-free shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup sliced green onions 6 (6 inch) flour tortillas 8 ounces salsa Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions until well blended. Spoon 1/3 cup mixture onto center of each tortilla, roll up. Place, seam side down, into 8x12 inch baking dish. Pour salsa over tortillas. Cover. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until well heated.
