Breakfast Pizza 1 pound pizza dough 6 eggs 1 8 ounce) package 4 or 6 Italian cheese, shredded 7 slices American cheese, cut in pieces or shredded, divided use 1 cup (or more) mozzarella cheese 6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled* Olive oil Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle and spread oil onto bottom of 12 inch pizza pan or 10x15 inch baking pan. Spread dough into pan. In bowl, beat eggs. Add package of shredded Italian cheese, 5 slices American cheese (cut up or shredded) and bacon. Spread egg mixture over dough in pan. Add 2 cut up or shredded slices of American cheese to mozzarella cheese and sprinkle over egg mixture. Place on bottom shelf of oven. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese and bottom of pizza starts to turn golden.
