Wagon Wheel Pasta with Salsa Chicken 8 ounces wagon wheel pasta 1 (24 ounce) jar salsa 1 1/2 cups cooked diced chicken breast 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese Prepare pasta as directed on package, omitting salt and fat. In skillet, combine salsa and chicken. Cover. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Place one cup drained pasta on each of 4 plates. Top evenly with chicken mixture and cheese.
