Turkey Meatloaf 01 2 egg whites 1/3 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 small onion, grated 1 small potato, finely shredded 2 pounds ground turkey Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, whisk together egg whites, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, basil, salt and pepper. Stir in onion and potato. Crumble turkey over mixture, mix well. Shape into 12x4 inch loaf. Place into foil lined 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until no longer pink.
