South Western Turkey Casserole 10 ounces cooked turkey, diced 16 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into strips 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine soups, chiles and sour cream. Line bottom of 8x12 inch baking pan with tortillas. Follow with layer of turkey. Pour soup mixture over turkey. Sprinkle with half of cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
