Salisbury Steak Deluxe 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon mustard 1 egg 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey 1/2 cup water In bowl, combine soup, worcestershire sauce and mustard, mix well, set aside. In another bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup soup mixture. Add turkey, mix well. Shape into six patties. coat skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Brown patties; drain. In another bowl, combine remaining soup mixture and water. Pour over patties. Cover. cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until meat is done. Remove patties to serving platter. Spoon sauce over meat. Makes 6 servings.
