Roasted Turkey Breast 1 (5 pound) turkey breast 2-tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 onion, halved 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 carrot, chopped Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle flour in oven roasting bag as directed on package, set aside. In cup, combine worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Loosen skin from breast. Rub mixture into surface of meat. Place onions, celery and carrots into roasting bag. Top with turkey. Close bag with twist tie provided, leaving enough air in bag so that it can puff up around turkey during roasting. Make six small cuts in top of bag, as directed on package. Place bag into shallow roasting pan. Roast for 18 to 20 minutes per pound. Allow to stand on wire rack for 20 minutes. Remove turkey from bag. Remove and discard skin and vegetables.
