Quick And Easy Turkey Burgers 1 pound ground turkey 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon water 4 onion slices 1 teaspoon olive oil 4 hamburger buns In bowl, combine turkey, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning and pepper. Shape into four 1/2 inch patties. In another bowl, combine teriyaki sauce and water. Place skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Add onions. Cover. Cook for 10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in 1 tablespoon teriyaki mixture. Remove onion from pan, keep warm. Add oil to pan. Add patties. Cook for 5 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons teriyaki mixture to pan. Carefully turn patties over. Cook for 3 minutes, or until golden. Place one patty on bottom half of each bun. Top each with 1/4 cup onion. Top with remaining bun halves.
