Chicken Pot Pie 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 cup cooked cubed chicken 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1 cup biscuit baking mix 1/2 cup milk 1 egg Preheat oven to 400. In bowl, combine vegetables, chicken and soup. Pour into ungreased 9 inch pie pan. In another bowl, combine baking mix, milk and egg. Pour over chicken mixture. Cut up slices of butter and place onto crust. Bake for 30 Minutes.
