Caramelized Garlic Chicken 2 teaspoons olive oil 4 garlic cloves 4 teaspoons brown sugar 2 chicken breasts Preheat oven to 500. Line shallow roasting pan with foil. Coat with non-stick cooking spray. In skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until garlic begins to soften. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar until well mixed. Place chicken into prepared pan. Spread evenly with garlic mixture. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fork-tender and juices run clear. Makes 4 servings.
