Teriyaki Pork Chops 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup molasses 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon curry powder 4 pork chops Preheat oven to 375. Place chops into shallow baking pan. In bowl, combine soy sauce and molasses. Add ginger, garlic powder and curry powder, stir well. Pour over chops. Bake for 45 minutes, or until tender.
