Pork Chops And Hash Brown Casserole 6 pork chops Vegetable oil Seasoned salt 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 (24 ounce) package frozen O'Brien or hash browns, thawed 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 (2.8 ounce) cans French Fried onions Garlic powder to taste 1/2 stick butter Preheat oven to 350. In skillet, brown chops in oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, set aside. In bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, half of onions, garlic powder and butter. Spoon into 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange chops over potatoes. Cover. Bake for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
