Boneless Pork Chops 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 to 3 tablespoons spicy mustard 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 2 tablespoons warm water Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, chili powder and water. Pour thin layer into baking dish. Place chops on top. Spread with remaining sauce. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Uncover, stir. Cover. Reduce oven temperature to 325. Bake for 30 minutes.
