Barbecue Pulled Pork 1 pound pork tenderloin 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon canola or corn oil--- 1 cup diced onion 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon vinegar Preheat oven to 350. Sear the whole tenderloin on all sides in hot, non-stick skillet. Remove from heat. Season with pepper and red pepper flakes. Cover tenderloin with foil. Bake for 25 minutes. In skillet, heat oil. Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add barbecue sauce, ketchup, water and vinegar. Simmer for 10 minutes. Shred pork with 2 forks. Add pork to sauce. Serve on buns.
