Baked Pork Chop Casserole 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can milk 4 to 6 pork chops, browned in small amount of oil 4 to 6 potatoes, peeled, chopped 1/2 stick butter, melted Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine soup and milk. In casserole dish, place potatoes. Top with chops. Add butter. Spread with soup mixture. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
