Burrito Dogs 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce 1/3 cup chopped green onion 3 cloves garlic, minced 8 large corn tortillas 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 (16 ounce) package hot dogs Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine beans, 1/3 cup enchilada sauce, onions and garlic. Lay tortillas flat. Spread with bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Wrap hot dog in center of each tortilla. Place into 9x13 inch baking dish lined with a little enchilada sauce. Pour remaining enchilada sauce evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes.
