Tuna Loaf 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 3 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/4 cups milk 1 1/4 teaspoons salt Pepper 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 (12 ounce) can tuna, chopped Preheat oven to 350. In skillet, cook onion and celery in butter over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flour, mix well. Add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add salt and pepper. combine with bread crumbs, egg and tuna. Spoon into buttered small casserole dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
