Tuna Fish Casserole 1 (16 ounce) box shell pasta 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, packed in water 1 (6 ounce) can peas, drained 2 (10.75 ounce) cans golden mushroom soup 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce 4 slices American cheese Preheat oven to 350. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Add pasta, cook as directed on package, drain. Place noodles into 3 quart buttered casserole dish. Add oil, stir to coat noodles, set aside. In bowl, combine tuna, peas, soup and tabasco sauce, mix well. Spread mixture over reserved noodles. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir well. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until bubbling. Lay slices of cheese over top. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and edges of casserole are beginning to crisp. Makes twelve 1 cup servings.
