Tuna Crunch Casserole 4 medium potatoes, cubed 2 (6.5 ounce) cans tuna, drained 1 cup frozen peas 1/3 cup sliced green onions 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips Preheat oven to 400. Place potatoes into shallow 1 1/2 to 2 quart microwave-safe dish; cover with plastic wrap, vent. Microwave for 8 minutes, or until just tender. Stir in tuna, peas, onions, soup and milk. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
