Tuna Croquettes 2 (6.5 ounce) cans tuna, drained 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, divided 3/4 cup bread crumbs 1 package dry onion soup mix 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/3 cup milk 2 tablespoons mayonnaise In bowl, combine tuna, 1/4 cup soup, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, soup mix and egg. Shape into six patties. Coat with remaining bread crumbs. In skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray, cook patties over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
