Seven Seas Casserole 1 1/3 cups water 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, optional 1 teaspoon lemon juice, optional 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 1/3 cups minute rice 1 (10 ounce) package sweet green peas, partially thawed 1 (6.5 ounce) can tuna, drained, flaked 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese Paprika Preheat oven to 375. In saucepan, combine water, soup, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, over medium heat. Pour half of soup mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. In separate layers, add rice, peas and tuna. Add remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Cover. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir. Cover. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
