Scalloped Tuna 1 cup soft breadcrumbs 1 1/2 cup skim milk 1 tablespoon margarine 1 egg; 2 egg whites 1/2 teaspoon salt substitute 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 small onion, minced 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1 (6.5 ounce) can water-packed tuna Preheat oven to 350. In saucepan, combine breadcrumbs, milk and margarine. Cook until margarine melts. In bowl, beat together egg and egg whites. Stir in salt, pepper, onion, parsley flakes and tuna. Gradually stir in hot milk and crumbs. Spoon into casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
