Salmon Patties 1 (16 ounce) can salmon 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 & 1/2 tablespoons grated onion 3 tablespoons sour cream 1/2 cup bread crumbs Drain salmon, remove skin. Mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Divide into eight patties, flouring your hands makes this easier. In skillet, fry in hot oil until golden brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings
