Quick Hot Tuna Sandwiches 1 (6.5 ounce) can tuna, drained, broken into chunks 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons ketchup 8 thin slices cheddar or american cheese Salt and pepper 1 (12-inch) loaf french bread, sliced lengthwise Preheat oven to 450. In bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper. Toast bread. Divide tuna mixture among half of bread slices, mounding in center. Top with cheese slices. Place sandwiches onto baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Slice. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
