One Pot Tuna Pasta 8 oz Elbow Macaroni, Medium Shells or other medium pasta, uncooked 2 1/2 cups water 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 (4 ounce) jar pimento, diced 1 (9 ounce) package frozen cut green beans 1 cup milk 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 (6 ounce) can white albacore tuna packed in water, drained 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley In 4 quart saucepan, combine water, bouillon, pepper and basil. Bring to a boil. Gradually add pasta so that water continues to boil. Cover. Simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pimento, green beans and milk. cover. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until pasta and beans are tender. Stir in cheese, tuna and parsley until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
