Orange-ade Ice Cream Variation 3 cups (750 ml) sugar 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice 6 cups (1.5 L) heavy whipping cream 4 cups (1 L) heavy whipping cream 2 cups half and half 1 small package of Jell-o vanilla instant pudding Add 1 (12-ounce [355 ml]) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted; mix well. pour half and half and sugar into a sauce pan on a stove set to low-medium. stir until pudding mixture and sugar have dissolved. Place into refrigerator until chilled. When pudding mixture is chilled Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into canister.
