Mint-Chocolate Chip Variation 1 can 14oz sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of mint extract. 4 cups (1 L) heavy whipping cream 2 cups half and half 1 small package of Jell-o pistachio instant pudding 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/4 cup crushed peppermints pour pudding,half and half and sugar into a sauce pan on a stove set to low-medium. stir until pudding mixture and sugar have dissolved. Place into refrigerator until chilled. When pudding mixture is chilled Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into canister. Add crushed mints and chips after 20 minutes.
