Gingerbread Ice Cream
ingredients
0.5  cup half-and-half
1 cup heavy cream
0.5  cup sugar
0.25  cup gingerbread cookies; crushed
0.5  tsp ginger; ground
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp molasses
0.25  tsp salt
directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for the gingerbread cookies.
Transfer ingredients carefully into the ice cream maker.
Add gingerbread cookies to mixture 
after 30-45 min to prevent ingredients from settling to the bottom or jamming the spatula.
