Cookies & Cream Ice Cream
ingredients
0.5  cup half-and-half
1 cup heavy cream
0.5  cup sugar
0.5  cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
0.25  cup oreo cookies; crushed

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for the crushed cookies.
Transfer ingredients carefully into the ice cream maker.
Add crushed cookies to 
mixture after 30-45 min to prevent ingredients from settling to the bottom 
or jamming the spatula.
