Chocolate Ice Cream

ingredients
0.5  cup half-and-half
1 cup heavy cream
0.5  cup sugar
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa 
0.5  cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
directions 
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for the 
chocolate chips.
Add chocolate chips to mixture after 30-45 min to prevent 
ingredients from settling to the bottom or jamming the 
spatula. 

Transfer ingredients carefully into the ice cream maker.
