Triple Chocolate Fudge 4 squares (1 ounce each} unsweetened chocolate 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar, sifted 1 cup chopped pecans Line 8 inch square pan with waxed paper or foil, set aside. In saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Add vanilla and salt. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating continually, until smooth. Beat melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture. Add nuts, mix well. Spread into prepared pan. Chill for 1 hour, or until firm.
