Fast 'N' Fabulous Dark Chocolate Fudge
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Line 8 inch square pan with plastic wrap. In saucepan, combine corn syrup and evaporated milk. Add chocolate. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Stir until thick and glossy. Spread into pan. Chill for 2 hours, or until firm.
