Butter Crust Chicken 2 sticks margarine, melted 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 chicken, cut up Paprika Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken, pat dry. In bowl, combine margarine, salt and flour. Dip chicken into mixture. Place onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour, or until brown and tender. Note: Chicken doesn't need to be turned.
