Biscuit Pizza Bake 1 pound ground beef, browned, drained 2 (12 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 1 (15 ounce) jar pizza sauce 1 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion pepperoni slices 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Quarter biscuits. Place into greased shallow 3-quart baking dish. Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with beef. Layer with green pepper, onion, pepperoni and cheeses. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
