2 Step Italian Burger Melt 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 (10.5 ounce) can tomato soup 1/3 cup water 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Shape beef into six 1/2 inch patties. Place into 2 quart baking dish. In bowl, combine soup, water and oregano. Pour over patties. Top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve on rolls or over pasta. Makes 6 servings.
