Brownie Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting 1 box Betty Crocker Original Supreme brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch) 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 or 3 eggs 1 cup vanilla frosting 1/3 cup peanut butter 2 teaspoons milk Preheat oven to 350. Place paper baking liners in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups. In bowl, stir together brownie mix, chocolate syrup, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Fill cups three-fourths full. Bake for 28 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean or almost clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. In another bowl, stir together frosting, peanut butter and milk until smooth and spreadable. Spread over cupcakes. Decorate as desired. Store tightly covered.
