Brownie Candy Cups 1 (19.25 ounce) box double fudge brownie mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 30 mini peanut butter cups Preheat oven to 350. Place thirty 2 inch foil liners into muffin pans. In bowl, combine brownie mix, fudge packet from mix, eggs, water and oil, stir until well blended. Place 2 level tablespoonfuls of batter into each foil liner. Bake for 10 minutes. Push 1 peanut butter cup into center of each cupcake until even with surface of cupcake. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until candy is softened. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes 30 brownie cups.
