Beef Stroganoff 01
1 1/2 pounds stew meat
1 package dry onion soup mix
4 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
In crockpot, combine all ingredients. Cover. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over noodles or white rice.
