Baked Crockpot Chicken 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut up Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon paprika Wad three pieces of foil into 3 to 4 inch balls. Place into crockpot. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place into crockpot on top of crumbled foil. Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce temperature to low. Cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
