Christmas Cheesecake 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 stick margarine 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons lemon juice Preheat oven to 350. In 3 quart bowl, combine flour, margarine and brown sugar. Beat with mixer until creamy. Stir in nuts. Reserve 1 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into ungreased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake in center of oven for 8 to 10 minutes. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spread over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake for 23 to 30 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
