Creamy Burrito Casserole 1 pound ground beef 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix 6 large flour tortillas 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 2 to 3 cups shredded taco cheese or cheddar cheese 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup sour cream Hot sauce, if desired Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, brown gbeef and onion, drain. Add taco seasoning mix. Stir in refried beans. In bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Spread half of sour cream mixture into 9x13 inch casserole dish. Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over sour cream mixture. Spoon half of beef mixture over top. Add a layer of cheese. May drizzle some hot sauce over top. Repeat layers. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
