Strawberry Cake 02 1 (4 serving size) box strawberry gelatin mix 1/2 cup boiling water 4 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed, undrained 1 stick butter 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water. In another bowl, beat together eggs and oil. Place cake mix into another bowl. Beat in gelatin mixture and egg mixtures alternately. Stir in half of strawberries. Divide batter among three round cake pans. Bake for 45 minutes. In another bowl, beat butter with mixer until creamy. blend in sugar and remaining strawberries. Frost cake.
