Spumoni Cake 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix 4 eggs 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream 1 (4 serving size) box instant vanilla pudding mix Green and red food coloring 1 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained, quartered 2 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate, melted 1/2 teaspoon almond extract Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. Divide into three bowls. Into one bowl, place green food coloring and chopped nuts. Into second bowl, place red food coloring and maraschino cherries. Into thirrd bowl, place chocolate and almond extract. Layer the three different colors into well-greased Bundt pan; green, red, then chocolate. Bake for 55 minutes.
