Sherry Cake 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 (4 serving size) box instant vanilla pudding mix 3/4 cup Cream Sherry 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into greased and lightly floured tube pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar and sherry.
