Peach Schnapps Cake 01 1 (18.25 ounce) box deluxe French vanilla cake mix 3 eggs 3/4 cup orange juice 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons peach schnapps, divided 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup peach preserves 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, orange juice, 1/2 cup peach schnapps and oil. Beat with mixer on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. In another bowl, combine peach preserves and 2 tablespoons peach schnapps. Brush over warm cake. In another bowl, combine whipped topping and 1 tablespoon peach schnapps. Spoon onto cake slices when served.
